PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling the obligations and establishing the rights arising from the legislation to which our Company is subject, including Law No. 6563 and Consumer Legislation, and for arranging legal declarations and notifications, based on the legal ground of "explicitly stipulated in laws" regulated in Article 5/2 (a) of the PDPL.

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of processing and delivering your orders within the scope of distance sales, ensuring and controlling transaction security, conducting website membership transactions and opening accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing customer services, based on the legal ground of "establishment or performance of a contract" regulated in Article 5/2 (c) of the PDPL.

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of arranging legal declarations and notifications, complying with the retention periods stipulated in the legislation to which the Company is subject, fulfilling other obligations stipulated in the relevant legislation, and fulfilling the requests of courts and public institutions and organizations requesting information, based on the legal ground of "fulfilling the data controller's legal obligation" regulated in Article 5/2 (ç) of the PDPL.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your collected personal data may be transferred to relevant parties within the framework of the personal data processing conditions regulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL. In this context, data may be transferred to financial institutions for necessary payment and collection transactions, to relevant public legal entities for the fulfillment of obligations arising from legislation, to judicial authorities, to audit companies, and to third parties providing technical support.

METHOD OF COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is collected by our Company verbally, in writing, or electronically, directly from you or from third parties acting on your behalf, through the website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and other communication channels.
